Make a donation

The Zambia Society Trust has no paid employees and all the administrative work of the Trust is carried out by members of the committee and other volunteers who give their time for free. Our overheads are therefore extremely low and almost every penny raised in donations is used to help improve the lives of disadvantaged Zambians through a variety of targeted projects.

If you would like to make a one-off donation to support the work of the Trust, please download a Gift Aid form (if you are a UK taxpayer) so that we can reclaim the tax, and send it together with your cheque made payable to The Zambia Society Trust to:

Donate in memory

Some people like to remember a loved one with a donation - perhaps on a special anniversary - to a favourite charity. If you have lost someone who had an interest in Zambia, please consider making a 'Donation in Memory' to support the work of the Zambia Society Trust. Please download a Gift Aid form (if you are a UK taxpayer) so that we can reclaim the tax, and send it together with your cheque made payable to The Zambia Society Trust to the address above.

Leave a legacy

Legacies to the Zambia Society Trust form an important part of our income every year. Leaving a gift to the Trust is a wonderful way of ensuring that our work can go on, and of helping to provide a better future for disadvantaged people in Zambia. If you are writing your will, or updating an existing one, please consider including a legacy to the Zambia Society Trust. However large or small the gift, you can be sure that it will change the lives of those it helps. Because legacies to charities are exempt from inheritance tax in the UK, you can be sure that the full amount will go to support our work. If you already have a will, a legacy to the Trust can be added by writing a simple codicil. Make sure you take advice from a solicitor about the correct wording.
