Zambia Society Trust AGM 2007

The 2007 AGM was held on Thursday 22 November at the Zambia High Commission, by kind permission of His Excellency the High Commissioner, Mr Anderson Chibwa.
The well-attended meeting began at 12.30pm and was followed by a buffet lunch. The Chairman's Report for the year 1 July 2006 - 30 June 2007 can be read here.
Our guest speaker was Mr Gracewell Mwansa, the former General Manager of ZAL Holdings and now a consultant on Third World Debt and Computer Social Projects. The title of his talk was Beyond HIPC Debt Cancellation - Hopes for Improved Education and Health. Members found much food for thought in his excellent presentation.
